A note from the artist: “I started this piece one

morning about a week ago after having a morning ritual of drinking an antiviral home remedy drink with my family. Pictured here are my parents and most of the ingredients used to make the antiviral drink. I’m still currently working on developing my brothers and I. During these trying times, my parents have been using WhatsApp to keep in contact with family back home in Haiti and as a result, numerous home remedies have been shared and practiced during our quarantine.”
