A note from the artist: “As we spend extended time in our homes, either alone or with our families/roommates, we are learning about our relationships with solitude.

One of my favorite types of solitude is in bed. Growing up (and even still), my mother would say I suffered from ‘maladi kabann.’ Joke was I was rarely sleeping, more likely I would be counting the dunes in my sheets, watching the light climb as morning became day in my room. I'd like to celebrate the bed as a place to dream, fantasize, love, hide, and create.”
