A note from the artist: “I recently created this work to be focused on my own anxieties surrounding the Pandemic, with a sister in the medical health field and family members deemed essential workers. I'm in constant conversations with them about the virus and how it will affect our mobility in the coming months. As a college student transitioning to online classes has been much more difficult than I expected but without my assignments I honestly wouldn't know what to do being in quarantine for so long. I created models of the virus using styrofoam, wooden dowels, pom poms, and spray paint.”
